I'm unable to log in or reset my password, can you provide assistance?

If you have never logged in before, please read  this article.

If you have logged in before, there might be several reasons why you cannot login anymore:

  • your access expired: if this is the case we automatically decline your access to the course material and you cannot login anymore. You can find your end date in our earlier email communications or go to the homepage of your Learner Portal. 
  • your cookies are blocking access. Please clear your cookies by following these steps for:
      1. Chrome: At the top right, tap More > Settings > Tap Privacy and security > Clear browsing data > Choose a time range, like Last Week or All time > Check Cookies and site data and uncheck all other items > Tap Clear data. 
      2. Firefox: in the menu bar > Click History >  Clear recent history > Choose a time range, like Last Week or All Time > Click on arrow near details > Select Cookies and Deselect others > Click Clear Now > Clear All History
      3. Safari: Go to Settings > click Privacy > Click Manage Website Data > Select one or more websites > click Remove or Remove All. 
  • check the webpage and email address you are using. Try to go to an incognito page in your browser, visit this webpage https://learn.wincacademy.com/ and check if you are using the exact same email address as we have sent you the invitation to Learn AMP too.
