I'm unable to log in, can you provide assistance?

If you have never logged in before, please read  this article.

If you are currently unable to log in, there may be one or more reasons for this:

  • your access expired: if this is the case we automatically decline your access to the course material and you cannot login anymore. You can find your end date in our earlier email communications or go to the homepage of your Learner Portal. 
  • You are using an incorrect email address to log in. Not sure what email address is linked to your account? Contact our learner support.

  • You are using an incorrect password.
  • You are using an old or incorrect login page. The correct login page is: https://learn.wincacademy.com/en/users/sign_in

  • The online learning environment is not properly supported by the browser you are using. Try a different one.

  • your cookies are blocking access. Please clear your cookies.
If you are sure that you are using the correct email address, browser and login page, you can try to reset your password. You can do this as follows:
  1. Go to the login page (click here).

  2. Click on “Forgot password?” at the bottom right of the large blue button.

  3. Then enter your email address. It is important that you use the same email address that is linked to your account.

  4. Now check your inbox. You should have received an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Check your spam too!

You can now use your email address and new password to log in to the online learning environment. Still having trouble? Please contact us.
