What is the difference between a Mentor and a Learner Admin Assistant, and what do they do?

Mentors play a crucial role in supporting your learning journey at Winc Academy. They are knowledgeable about the course content and can assist you with various questions about, for example, using HTML or explaining tools like GitHub or PowerBI. They also have a good understanding of Winc assignments and can guide you on how to successfully complete them. After you submit your work, mentors will provide feedback to help you improve. Essentially, mentors serve as your teachers, assisting you throughout the course and towards graduation. Some more experienced mentors have a senior role in which they teach live lessons for us, so you may also see them in this setting too.

On the other hand, our Learner Admin Team specializes in helping you with broader aspects of your learning experience, including administrative questions and concerns. If you find yourself facing emotional challenges or struggling with time management, this team is the one to turn to for guidance and support. They are available to address any external factors or obstacles that may affect your progress, allowing you to navigate through them effectively.

Both Mentors and Learner Admin Assistants are dedicated to your success. Whether you need assistance with course-related inquiries or require support with personal and logistical matters, they are here to help you thrive in your educational journey.
