My certificate has a typo/is incorrect, could you change it for me?

We're proud of your achievements and apologize for any inconvenience caused by the mistake on your certification. Depending on the nature of the mistake, there are two things we can do now:

  • If there is a mistake in your name or a typographical error, you can request a name change directly from the official certificate producer. Please click here to see the necessary steps for initiating an official name change process.
  • If there are any other issues or concerns regarding your certificate, kindly send your request to learneradmin@wincacademy.nl. Make sure to include the correct information, so that we can help you as quickly as possible.
