My certificate has a typo/is incorrect, could you change it for me?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the error on your certificate. Depending on the nature of the mistake, there are two possible next steps:

  • If you notice a mistake in your name or any typographical error on your certificate, you can request a correction from the official certificate issuer.

    Click on the “Contact Issuer” link at the bottom of your certificate page (see the image above). You’ll find it right after the question: “Want to report a typo or a mistake?”

    This will allow you to send a request directly to the team responsible for issuing the certificate.

  • If there are any other issues or concerns regarding your certificate, kindly send your request to learneradmin@wincacademy.nl. Make sure to include the correct information, so that we can help you as quickly as possible.
