First of all, congratulations on successfully completing your course! It can take up to 24 hours for us to create and share your certificate. If you haven’t received your certificate by then, there can be various reasons for it. Let's take a look together.
It might be that you haven’t completed every item of the course. Open our learning environment and check whether you completed everything. You can double check, by looking at the percent progress of your course. This must be at 100% in order to receive your certificate. Read this article to learn more on how to keep track of your progress.
If you are at 100% and haven’t received your certificate, we kindly ask that you check your spam folder. Make sure you use the email address you registered with for our Learning Platform. Search for ‘’Congratulations! Here's your certificate for [...]’’ and hopefully you can find the email.
