  1. Do you have questions about your end date, progress, extensions, a subscription, or our general terms and conditions? Start by reading the FAQ and open a chat with us. This is the quickest way to get your answers.
  2. If you need guidance on the course material, specific assignments, or other subject-related questions, our mentors are ready to help. You can reach us through Slack for everyday matters and questions. Click here to learn more about Slack.
    Are you facing complex questions about the course content? In that case, we recommend scheduling a one-on-one session. This can be arranged via the Support Center, or click directly on this link.
  3. Our Learner Admin Team can assist with a range of inquiries, from administrative support to helping create a plan to complete your studies on time. You can easily email them at learneradmin@wincacademy.nl. We aim to respond within two working days.
