In the message, we would appreciate it if you specify what the complaint is about and what you aim to achieve. This will help us address your complaint as quickly as possible. Once we receive your complaint, we will start working on it. We aim to send a response within five working days and you will receive a confirmation of receipt within 2 weeks. In most cases, we are even faster. Our team will carefully investigate your complaint and attempt to provide an appropriate response - What if we cannot reach a solution?
While we will do our utmost to meet your expectations, it can happen in rare cases that we cannot reach a satisfactory solution within a period of four weeks. If, at any point, you believe that your complaint is not being addressed appropriately, you have the option to escalate the matter by filing a formal complaint with an independent third party. This independent party is Celeste ten Broeke, who will provide an unbiased and binding resolution. You also have the right to file a complaint with the privacy regulator. In the Netherlands, this is the Personal Data Authority.
