Can I delay the start date of my course or pause my studies for a while?

Postponing the start date of your course:

By default, your course starts on the date that you receive the invitation to our Learning Platform. To find this date, please search for an email entitled ‘Join Winc Academy on Learn Amp’. Don’t forget to check your spam folder, as sometimes the invitation ends up here. You should typically receive access on the day you made the course purchase.

However, if you would like to start your course at a later date for any reason, that is also possible. We can postpone your start date, provided you inform one of our study advisors before the course begins. You can contact our study advisors by calling the same phone number you used before enrolling in the course.

For UWV-funded courses there are different requirements. Postponing a start date is only possible if the UWV agrees. Please contact us at learneradmin@wincacademy.nl to discuss this further.

Pausing your course:

Unfortunately, pausing your course is not possible. Once you have started the course, the study period can no longer be paused, as you already have access to the learning materials and projects. For this reason, the course end date is non-negotiable

However, we do offer subscription plans that can easily extend your access to the course material. You can learn more about extensions by clicking here.
