What are the learner agreements for my course that is (partially) subsidized through the STAP program?

When accepting the STAP-budget from the UWV, there are a few requirements to keep in mind. The two most important ones are the end date and the 80%-rule. We summarized them below, but for detailed information, please contact the UWV through their STAP-portal and chat service.

Regarding the end date, you have a maximum access duration to the course material. By this date, you have agreed to complete at least 80% of the purchased course material, whether fully subsidized or partially funded through other means.

Upon reaching your end date, we will report your progress to the UWV.

  • If you have completed the full course, congratulations! We will send you your well-deserved certificate and inform the UWV accordingly. Feel free to share your success on LinkedIn and celebrate together. If you need inspiration, you can access pre-created posts by clicking here.
  • If you have completed 80% or more, well done! We will inform the UWV that you have met their 80% requirement, marking you as "successful" in their records.
  • In the event that you have completed less than 80%, we will be required to report you as "unsuccessful" to the UWV. So far this has only had administrative consequences.

Furthermore, you have agreed to our terms and conditions. Make sure you have read them and if you need any assistance in this regard, please feel free to reach out to us via our chat service. We are here to help.
