After the standard study period expires, you have the option to extend your access to the course material with our subscription plan. This provides you with an extended period of time to continue learning at your own pace, ensuring ongoing access to resources and support. It's also an excellent opportunity to review bonus material like the Career Model, if you hadn't had the change just jet.
How much is the subscription fee and what does it include?
The subscription fee is €25 per month, and you have the flexibility to start and cancel at any time. This fee covers continued access to the course material, bonus content, and support resources.
Who is eligible for this subscription plan?
This opportunity is available exclusively to learners with an upcoming or passed expiry date of the learning environment. Excluded are UWV-funded and SkillHub learners. If you have started your course with us via UWV, please email learneradmin@wincacademy.nl to discuss further possibilities.
How can I start my subscription?
Two weeks before your standard study term ends, you’ll receive an email with detailed instructions on how to start your subscription.
You can choose to purchase your subscription just before your deadline, on the day of the deadline, or even afterward.

If you purchase before your current deadline, your subscription will begin the day after your standard term ends, so you won’t lose any study time.

If you purchase after your deadline and no longer have access, please keep in mind that it may take up to 2 hours for your access to be fully restored. We appreciate your patience with this.

Important Note: You are solely responsible for cancelling your subscription, even after you’ve graduated from the course. We do not cancel subscriptions automatically, as many learners choose to keep access to valuable extra resources like the Career module. If you want to cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
1. Visit the Portal: Go to http://portal.subi.co/ to access your account.
2. Log In: Use your email address to log in to the portal. A code will be sent to your inbox that you can use to gain access.
3. Cancel your Subscription: Once logged in, you can easily cancel your subscription via the webpage.
Important Note: Make sure the cancellation is completed at least 24 hours prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month. If you encounter any problems or need help, our support team is always here for you! Please feel free to contact us for support.
Highlighted terms:
- Use the same e-mail address for your purchase that you currently use in our learning environment, for us to be able to match your subscription.
- The first payment will be made through the payment environment. After that, €25 will be automatically deducted from your account each month.
- Each payment extends access to the course materials by one month. Canceling midway through a month does not result in a partial refund; cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle.
- Cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.
- When you purchase the subscription before your current study period expires, the subscription will become active the day after your deadline.
- If you currently don't have access to the learning environment, it may take up to 2 hours to restore your access.
How to Pay for Your Subscription Without a Credit Card:
You can pay with a credit card or, in case you don't have one, use your debit/bank account through PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account yet, follow these instructions to create one. Then, follow the steps below to link your bank account to your PayPal account:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Go to your "Wallet".
